Papa Murphy's Brand Ambassador
Me - Already tried clearing my cache.
(no answer)
Me - No worries. I will remove Papa Murphy's from my apps on my phone and will block Papa Murphy's from sending me promotional texts and will order my pizza from Papa John's. They have decent customer service.
Carlos - Thank you for reaching out to Papa Murphy's Guest Services. Have a great rest of your day!
Nice to know their customer service sucks this badly. I will take my business elsewhere.
I have been purchasing pizza from this establishment for years every Tuesday forever! I would say for the last year or so when management changed to this Jessica and Marshall customer service is very poor, she is very rude and unprofessional!! I have spoke to her many times and not once has she displayed she has the competence or the qualities to be a supervisor! I even spoke to the owner Marshall and he was WORSE!! This is the product I received tonight! These mushrooms and sausage ARE so outdated and not fresh! I will not spend anymore of my money at this establishment! ZERO STARS GIVEN!!
Ordered pizza online, and when I arrived it wasn't ready.
I was told that it posted on the door that if we don't pay online that they won't make it.
But, I wasn't in front of the door, I was 30 minutes away.
When I asked for a refund they said their manager would have to give it the next day.
Either was am still inconvenienced and have to wait. So instead I got the pizza.
There no excuses that the pizza wasn't ready.
It's not on the site.
Needs corrected.
Great take and bake pizza, but very expensive. Used to be half the cost like $16 for two fully loaded pizzas now it's typically around $40. Cookie dough is great as they told us it is made with homogenized eggs, so no issues for raw cookie dough lovers.
I was on my way home and decided to use my birthday pizza reward at this location. I was so excited to get my pizza, I made the order online and confirmed this location but when I got there it quickly turned into a negative stressful experience. I did not get acknowledged once by any of the three workers, they were having a conversation and did not care to be interrupted. I finally went up to the counter and stood there, they advised me that something happened with my order and the guy at the counter showed me a zero out ticket. I didn't know what that meant and he didn't explain to me my options. I asked some questions like ok do I have to order again and did I lose out on my reward. He gave me zero resolution and couldn't answer my questions so I tried reordering online but didn't see my birthday reward. He just shrugged it off and said yea I dunno sorry. I walked out without my pizza and very frustrated as he yelled sorry about that in a very condescending tone. I found my order confirmation and went back in to show them. I got ignored again until a girl decided to approach me. She explained sometimes the system does that and unfortunately I just lose my reward. I was confused as to why they couldn't just make my pizza from my confirmation email that clearly showed my reward. I asked if I could just take the plain cheese pizza that showed got ordered, and at that time she finally decided to tell me it was made on the rack. I would have appreciated that info before I walked out the door earlier, I ended up having to go next door to King Soopers buy the toppings, and put them on myself. The staff at that store obviously gave zero care about customer service and just decent human interaction. Made for a horrible experience after a long day of work and trying to claim my birthday reward.
